Ingredients:
- 500g of fresh river fish (such as tilapia or catfish)

- 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder

- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:
- Start by cleaning the river fish thoroughly and patting it dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, marinate the fish with turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add mustard seeds. Wait until they start to pop.
- Add finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the pan. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Gently place the marinated fish in the pan and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and has a golden brown color.
- Once cooked, squeeze fresh lime juice over the fish and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
